Using this course you will discover:
- The differences between brewing, fermentation, and distillation.
- What defines different types of beverage.
- How to make a range of drinks, including; Probiotics, Beer, Cider, Mead, Wine, Spirits, Low Alcohol, & Cocktails.
This self-guided course lets you work at your own pace, without deadlines or cut off periods. It also includes optional activities that are designed to enhance the learning experience and deepen your understanding of beverage making.
All the work you do will be towards the end goal of guiding you in successfully creating your own beverages.
If you are new to beverage making, or have some experience, and want to enhance your understanding to create drinks for yourself or others this course is for you.
